When the Provider clocks out of a booking, it triggers an email and SMS both providing a link to rate the bookings. The customer then has 24 hours from the clock-out time to report any deficiencies from their purchased work order through this link.

Of course, Customers can always go into their Customer Dashboard and rate their past bookings at any time but to be eligible to use our Motivated Guarantee for a booking the rating must be done in that 24-hour window.

Every time a booking is rated, the customer will then get another email and SMS explaining the guarantee if available and how to activate it which simply requires a reply to say they wish to do so.

If so, then an expert Customer Support Agent reaches out to make a deficiency list which becomes the work order for their guarantee booking. There will be no charge for the guarantee booking and the Customer will have an opportunity to rate that booking too.

Each time a rating is given, the Nano-Franchisee gets notified via their Provider app and they can see the rating plus any details the Customer wrote. As well, the rating will be in the Customer’s Dashboard for them to see plus it will be in the Nano-Franchisor’s dashboard as well.
